Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AI VFX (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the AI VFX iOS and Android app and this website at aivfxapp.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

Photos and videos you upload

To create a transition, the app sends the two frames you select, plus the effect you chose, to our rendering service. We use them for one purpose: producing the clip you asked for and delivering it back to your device.

• Uploaded frames and rendered clips are stored only as long as needed to complete the render and keep it available in your in-app history.
• We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train models without your explicit, separate consent.
• Deleting an item from your history removes it from our storage.

Account information

Signing in with Google or Apple gives us a user identifier and, where you allow it, your email address and display name. We use these to keep your history and credit balance attached to you across devices. Accounts are managed with Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.

Purchases and credits

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google through RevenueCat. We never see or store your card details. We do receive a purchase receipt and the resulting credit balance so the app knows what you are entitled to.

Analytics and diagnostics

We record anonymous product analytics — screens opened, effects chosen, renders started and completed, crashes — using Firebase Analytics and Mixpanel. This tells us which effects are worth building on and where the app breaks. It is not used to identify you personally or shared with advertisers.

Push notifications

If you allow notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to tell you when a render is finished. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings.

Children

AI VFX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it, by writing to div@aisidekik.com. Account deletion is also available inside the app under Profile.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above, and note the change in the app.
